We specialize in the Design, Fabrication, Supply, Erection, and Commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) for treating sewage generated from industries, residential townships, hotels, hospitals, IT parks, educational institutions, and commercial buildings. Our solutions are designed to meet Pollution Control Board regulations while delivering reliable, compact, and cost-effective wastewater treatment systems.
With over 13 years of industry expertise, we continuously adopt the latest and commercially viable treatment technologies. Understanding the challenges of expensive land and infrastructure costs, we introduced Portable Package Sewage Treatment Plants manufactured using FRP coated MS fabricated units. These systems are easy to transport, quick to install, reduce civil construction costs, ensure excellent workmanship, and deliver high-quality treated water.
Depending on client requirements, we offer advanced technologies including MBBR, FAB, SAFF, SBR, and MBR to provide the most suitable wastewater treatment solution.
Our Sewage Treatment Plants operate on the Aerobic Biological Treatment process using aerobic bacteria. This is one of the most reliable, proven, and widely accepted wastewater treatment methods across the world, ensuring efficient reduction of pollutants and high-quality treated water suitable for reuse or safe disposal.

MBBR (Moving Bed Bio Reactor) is an advanced wastewater treatment technology designed for sewage and industrial effluent treatment. It utilizes specially designed floating media that provides a large surface area for biomass growth. The reactor combines attached growth and suspended growth simultaneously, resulting in high treatment efficiency, low maintenance, and compact plant design.
Fine bubble diffusers keep the media in continuous motion while ensuring effective oxygen transfer and minimal clogging. These systems are rugged, easy to operate, and can be pre-fabricated for rapid on-site installation.
The MBBR process works on the principle of an attached growth biological system where specially designed bio-media retain active biomass that reduces influent BOD levels while maintaining stable biological treatment performance.
