Water Source & Transfer System

Water Source: Raw water must be collected from a well-protected, easily accessible, and uncontaminated source. Suitable sources include Borewell Water, Closed Ring Wells, Municipal Supply Lines, or other raw water sources capable of effective treatment.

Water Transfer: Water is transferred to Raw Water Storage Tanks using high-grade pumping systems and non-contaminating piping networks. Submersible or surface-mounted Centrifugal pumps are paired with premium UPVC, CPVC, or Stainless Steel (SS) piping to maintain water purity from the start.

Process Description: Raw water is chlorinated or ozonated to oxidize organic contaminants and neutralize pathogens. It passes through a Multi-Media Filter to remove suspended solids, followed by an Activated Carbon Filter to remove residual chlorine, odor, color, and turbidity.

De-chlorinated water receives Anti-Scalant dosing (or passes through a Softener) before entering a 10-micron cartridge filter to safeguard RO membranes. The high-pressure RO unit reduces dissolved solids (TDS) by up to 95%. Finally, pure water stored in SS tanks passes through a 0.2-micron cartridge filter, UV sterilizer, and inline Ozonator to guarantee residual disinfection before bottle filling.

In-House Water Testing Laboratory

To maintain rigorous quality control and meet regulatory standards, an internal chemical and microbiological laboratory is required on-site. Testing for pesticides and radio-nuclear parameters can be conducted via external BIS-approved laboratories.

Automated Production Machineries

1. PET Bottle Stretch Blow Moulding Machine

Enables in-house production of PET bottles using preforms. Coupled with heavy-duty air compressors, air dryers, chillers, and precision hard-chrome diamond-finish moulds.

  • Semi-Automatic: 600 BPH / 1200 BPH (or multiples of 600 BPH)
  • Fully Automatic: 1200 / 1800 / 2400 / 3600 / 4500 BPH
  • Standard Accessories: Automatic Preform Hopper & Feeder, Air Conveyors, Compressed Air Dryer, Chiller Unit, and Custom Moulds.

2. Automatic Rinsing, Filling & Capping Machine (RFC)

Fully automated, untouched-by-hand filling systems designed for high hygiene levels. Compatible with bottle sizes from 500 ml to 2.0 Liters using interchangeable change parts.

  • Capacities Available: 24 BPM | 40–50 BPM | 72–80 BPM | 100–120 BPM | 150 to 300+ BPM
  • Includes: SS Air In-feed Conveyor (2.5m), SS Out-feed Conveyor (7.5m), PLC Control Panel, Visual Inspection Board, Labeling System (Hot Melt BOPP / PVC Shrink Sleeve), Shrink Tunnel, and optional Digital Batch Coding.

3. 20-Liter Jar Washing, Filling & Capping Line

Engineered specifically for heavy-duty 20-liter bubble top jars, comprising Jar Brusher, Jar Washer, Jar Filler, and Automatic Capper units.
