Our systems combine advanced physico-chemical processes, biological treatment, and tertiary polishing to effectively remove organic loads, inorganic pollutants, oil & grease, heavy metals, and suspended solids from various industrial wastewaters.

With over 13 years of industry expertise and more than 400+ successful installations across India and abroad, we deliver highly customized, compact, and energy-efficient ETP solutions. Our systems are engineered to meet stringent Pollution Control Board (PCB) discharge norms while minimizing space requirements and capital costs. We also offer up-gradation and retrofitting services for existing ETP setups to enhance performance.

To help clients achieve Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD), we integrate cutting-edge tertiary technologies such as Ozonation, Ultrafiltration (UF), Reverse Osmosis (RO), and Multiple Effect Evaporators (MEE). The treated water can be safely recycled back into industrial processes, or reused for gardening, flushing, and floor washing.

Treatment Principle & Our Methodology

Our ETP operation relies on primary Physico-Chemical treatment followed by secondary biological digestion and advanced tertiary polishing (Sand/Carbon Filtration, Ozonation, UF, and RO).

In-House Testing & Treatability Studies: Our strength lies in operating our own fully equipped Water & Wastewater Testing Laboratory. Before initiating plant design, we analyze raw effluent samples, evaluate core parameters, and conduct treatability studies in-house to determine the most techno-commercially viable treatment scheme for your specific effluent grade.
