We specialize in the Design, Fabrication, Supply, Erection, and Commissioning of high-performance Ozonation Systems for municipal and industrial water treatment applications. Leveraging ozone’s powerful oxidation potential, our systems effectively eliminate micro-pollutants, organic contaminants, color, odor, and pathogens without leaving harmful chemical residues behind.
With over 13 years of process engineering expertise, we manufacture energy-efficient and custom-engineered ozone generators tailored for complex water treatment challenges. Available as both civil-constructed installations and Compact Skid-Mounted / Modular Ozonation Units, our solutions minimize site footprints, accelerate installation times, and significantly optimize operational costs (OPEX).
Depending on raw water characteristics and target removal efficiencies, we integrate state-of-the-art technologies including Oxygen Concentrators, High-Frequency Ozone Generators, Venturi Eductors, and Ozone Destructors.
Ozonation is an advanced chemical-free oxidation process that uses ozone ($\text{O}_3$), a triatomic molecule of oxygen, to oxidize contaminants and disinfect water rapidly. Ozone reacts directly with pollutants or generates highly reactive hydroxyl radicals ($\text{OH}^\bullet$) to break down complex organic compounds, neutralize toxic substances, and destroy cell membranes of bacteria and viruses, eventually decomposing safely back into pure oxygen ($\text{O}_2$).

The core of our Ozonation System leverages high-efficiency dielectric Corona Discharge modules. Feed gas (pure oxygen or dry air) passes through a high-voltage electrical discharge field to generate precise concentrations of ozone with minimal power draw.
Constructed using premium corrosion-resistant materials (Stainless Steel 316L, PTFE, Titanium, and Glass Dielectrics), our contactors and generators handle high-dissolved ozone concentrations, aggressive oxidants, and demanding continuous-duty industrial environments without performance degradation.
